Bespoke CEO Akemi Tsunagawa visited the Shiga Prefectural Government offices on November 18, 2025, to exchange views with Vice Governor Katsu Higashi regarding the recently launched generative AI chatbot, “AI Wōtan,” which responds to residents’ inquiries in real time. Since its introduction in October, the chatbot has received 928 messages in just one month, drawing significant attention. Bespoke’s technology underpins this initiative. During the meeting, Tsunagawa proposed ways to make the service more accessible to elderly residents and foreign nationals.
